The Kettering Health Physician Partners board seeks physicians who are interested in participating on our committees, such as: Contracting & Finance, Quality Metrics & Analytics, Care Delivery, Provider Participation & Credentialing and Information Technology. If you would like additional information about Kettering Health Physician Partners or are interested in volunteering for committee participation, please contact us with any questions.
To create a sustainable, high quality, cost effective care delivery model that connects all or most healthcare components a patient might encounter in order to provide seamless care. This includes primary and specialty care physician practices, hospitals for acute conditions and post-acute care.

Contract with payers and employers to provide health care services with appropriate reimbursement and performance-based incentives related to quality, access and value management. Establish outcomes-based contract relationships that deliver opportunity for enhanced reimbursement either through administrative fees or bonuses (e.g. shared savings) based on mutually agreed upon measures and achievement of targets. To establish value-based contracting arrangements when there are value-driving goals, objectives and opportunity through mutually agreed upon terms. Establish and manage Kettering Health Physician Partners operating budget.
